“I completely apologize to Victor Robles and the Mariners for the tweet I sent on Sunday,” Snow wrote. “I did not see the play, didn’t know he was injured, just saw the replay of him on the ground, rolling the ball back to the infield, in a close game.” However, as SFGate noted, that apology was also deleted at some point on Tuesday. Snow offered no further explanation and did not respond to SFGate’s requests for clarification, yet he has continued posting about unrelated topics, such as the Giants’ new City Connect jersey.

SFGate’s Alex Simon also mentioned that Snow did not appear on KNBR Tuesday despite saying he would. KNBR program director Mike Hohler told SFGate he had no comment about Snow’s post or his absence. Meanwhile, the Mariners announced that Robles has a shoulder fracture and will miss at least 12 weeks, potentially much more if surgery is needed.
