The 30-year-old third baseman previously spent his first nine MLB seasons with the Houston Astros, where he was instrumental in the team’s successful run. Bregman boasts a .272 batting average and 199 home runs throughout his career. He was selected for the AL All-Star team in both 2018 and 2019 and was a runner-up for the AL MVP award in 2019. Notably, he excelled in postseason play, contributing to Houston’s postseason success with a .333 batting average, eight home runs, and 20 RBIs across 27 games, earning two championships during his tenure.
