Despite spending his first two seasons behind Quinn Ewers on the Texas Longhorns depth chart, quarterback Arch Manning remains one of the most marketable players in the country. Recently, RedBull announced a new endorsement deal with him, sharing the news through an Instagram post featuring a video of Manning tossing a football, taking a sip of RedBull, and throwing a perfect spiral through a target.
“Target locked, wiiings secured,” the caption of the video said. Next season, Manning is set to take over as the starting quarterback for the Longhorns following the departure of Ewers, who announced last week his decision to leave the team and enter the 2025 NFL Draft.
Although Manning has spent most of his career behind Ewers on the depth chart, he has still made meaningful contributions on the field. This season, he started two games during Ewers’ injury absence and was utilized in special packages to showcase his athleticism, including a crucial fourth-and-1 first down during the College Football Playoff against the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Clearly, RedBull recognized the marketing potential of the star quarterback.
