This topic was further explored during Wednesday’s episode of New Heights, where Jason mentioned Nick Wright as a potential salary cap expert. “Who should we have on? Obviously, the two big ones for both of us are Howie (Roseman) and (Brett) Veach, the two general managers for our respective teams,” he said. Travis responded, “I think that would be fun. A Howie and Veach episode? We’ve already had Howie on, though.” Jason added, “You didn’t talk to him, but did have Howie on at the Combine one year. We could go outside the organization and bring in someone familiar with the NFL or someone from the media. Nick Wright threw his hat in the ring on Twitter. Wright responded to the shoutout during Friday’s episode of What’s Wright? with Nick Wright, inviting the Kelce brothers to “name a time and a place.” He expressed, “My guy! My guy Trav. What a delight… I don’t want to bother him during the year, and last offseason, he was globe-trotting with Taylor. After the parade last year, we planned to get together, but everything went awry. I haven’t spoken to Trav in a while. I appreciate the shoutout on one of the world’s most popular podcasts. Also, to the New Heights producers, I’m in. I’ll waive my appearance fee just to help them out. I would love to break down the cap for them.”
