The Round of 64 is behind us and the Round of 32 has arrived for the 2025 NCAA Tournament. Although the first round saw a few upsets, there were no significant Cinderella stories, as the higher seeds performed well. However, we can expect some thrilling matchups this weekend to make up for the earlier lack of drama.
The Round of 32 will take place on Saturday and Sunday across CBS, TNT, truTV, and TBS. Each day features national games starting at 12 p.m. ET and 2:30 p.m. ET on CBS, followed by coverage from other networks.
This Saturday, the biggest Cinderella story remaining, #12 seed McNeese State, led by Will Wade and Amir Khan, will face the #4 seed Purdue. Following that will be a legendary coaching matchup between John Calipari and #10 Arkansas versus #2 St. John’s under Rick Pitino. Andrew Catalon and his team will provide commentary. On Sunday, look for two-time defending national champion UConn taking on top seed Florida, while Duke will face Baylor—appearing in their customary Sunday afternoon timeslot. CBS’s premier team of Ian Eagle, Grant Hill, and Bill Raftery will be covering the Blue Devils throughout the tournament, regardless of how far they advance.
