Many individuals would love the chance to receive personalized dating advice from FanDuel host Kay Adams. Thankfully, after sharing some insights on social media, her advice is now available for all.
Adams recently took to her Instagram to address a question about transitioning past the talking stage with a girl, later sharing the video on her X page. In a post titled “Love advice for the fellas,” she encouraged taking the risk of rejection and putting yourself out there, drawing inspiration from 49ers linebacker Fred Warner.

“I know it’s daunting to put yourself in the position to get rejected, but it’s something you have to embrace,” Adams stated. “There’s no way to sugarcoat this and make it magically risk-free. It might happen… ask her to dinner, express that you’d like to see her and spend time together, and share your feelings.”
She then delivered one of the best quotes in dating advice, echoing across generations: “And she might reject you. I won’t sugarcoat it— that can sting. But if Fred Warner can have an All-Pro 17 game season on a broken ankle, you can definitely handle a little ‘sorry, I don’t like you back.’”
If only Dr. Ruth had acknowledged Jack Youngblood’s grit in playing with a broken leg during the Super Bowl, who knows how many relationships could have advanced! Now we’re left to speculate whether Shams Charania ever heeded this advice from Kay Adams following their numerous viral interactions over the years.
