After an extended period of silence, the Baltimore Ravens have finally responded to the sexual misconduct allegations against their kicker, Justin Tucker. During a Tuesday morning press conference at the 2025 scouting combine, Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta addressed Tucker, who faces accusations of inappropriate behavior during massage therapy sessions from over a dozen women.

“The allegations are serious and concerning,” DeCosta stated. “We’re fortunate that the league is conducting an investigation, and we will wait as patiently as possible for information to make informed decisions.” Last month, The Baltimore Banner published a report detailing alleged inappropriate behavior by Tucker at four high-end spas and wellness centers between 2012-16. The report included claims from six different massage therapists who accused him of sexual misconduct, including exposing his genitals and inappropriate contact, with seven more therapists coming forward last week with similar allegations.
The NFL quickly issued a statement indicating they would investigate the matter and recently began interviewing some of Tucker’s accusers. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the Ravens remained largely silent until DeCosta answered questions about Tucker, reiterating the team’s intention to allow the NFL’s investigation to unfold. “We need to examine each case individually. There are no absolutes,” DeCosta noted. “We are still waiting for more information, and it’s fortunate that the league has come to Baltimore. I met with league representatives, and they are also meeting with others here to gather details for their investigation.”
While DeCosta did not disclose Tucker’s future with the team, he confirmed that the Ravens will evaluate other kickers, with their kicking coach Randy Brown scouting across the country to build the team’s draft board. The general manager also mentioned that he had spoken personally with Justin Tucker but withheld details about that conversation. Tucker has publicly denied the allegations and accused The Baltimore Banner of journalistic errors. It’s possible that the Ravens have already made a decision on Tucker’s future; however, contractual and legal considerations may necessitate delaying any announcement.
