Fox Sports horse racing analyst Paul Lo Duca announced this week that he is recovering from a “bad accident,” which explains his recent absence from the network. Better known as a four-time MLB All-Star catcher from 1998 to 2008, Lo Duca’s absence from Fox Sports’ Saratoga Live puzzled many viewers. He recently addressed this mystery through a social media post.
In his post on X, he expressed gratitude for the support: “I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. I was involved in a bad accident coming back home to New York from Oaklawn. I was not able to eat for the first couple of weeks because of multiple fractures, but I’m getting stronger!”
