Beast Mode will be getting a new credit on his IMDb page pretty soon. Former NFL All-Pro running back Marshawn Lynch is set to add a significant role to his burgeoning list of acting gigs, as he was recently announced as a new cast member of the hit HBO series Euphoria. Lynch will join megastars Zendaya and Sydney Sweeney for the show’s third season.
Additional new cast members include Grammy Award-winning singer Rosalía and A Different World star Kadeem Hardison. “I’m hella juiced about the show and getting a chance to work with the people in front and behind the camera,” Lynch expressed regarding his role. “At the end of the day, I’m just thankful for the opportunity.”
The former NFL superstar is no stranger to acting, having appeared in various shows and films, including Bottoms, where he played a high school teacher, as well as Brooklyn Nine-Nine and The League, where he portrayed himself. According to Deadline, Euphoria has just commenced filming its third season, with a return scheduled for 2026.
