Bill Belichick’s relationship with Jordon Hudson, which became public last June, took center stage during Super Bowl week as the couple was seen at numerous events—from red carpets to trolling the Atlanta Falcons in New Orleans. Their week culminated in a special appearance in a celebrity-filled Dunkin’ commercial.
While their relationship has raised eyebrows since it became public, there seems to be more beneath the surface. On a recent episode of Pablo Torre Finds Out, the host revealed that Hudson, who is not only Belichick’s girlfriend but also deeply involved in his business affairs, functions as his unofficial agent. “What I’ve been told is that Jordon has essentially been functioning as Bill Belichick’s…” Torre started, to which guest Katie Nolan quipped, “Momager?”
Torre confirmed, stating, “She has represented herself as essentially his de facto agent. She’s the gateway for booking Belichick for Super Bowl commercials and other commitments as a multi-platform personality.” Remarkably, Hudson leveraged her position to secure her role in the Dunkin’ Super Bowl ad as well.
Torre emphasized that Belichick seems to be doing the opposite of his typical behavior. A tweet from Torre noted, “What I have been told is that Jordon essentially has been functioning as Bill Belichick’s … de facto agent.” Sources state that Hudson used her influence to appear in the Dunkin’ Super Bowl commercial, which adds complexity to their relationship.

Nolan suggested that perhaps Hudson’s influence has transformed Belichick from one of football’s most grumpy figures into a burgeoning socialite. However, she raised concerns about the implications of Hudson’s involvement in Belichick’s professional affairs, hinting at potential ulterior motives. “When you make moves this way, when we’re already going, ‘You’re how much younger than him?’ And then you show up in a commercial. And then you hear that she’s in charge in his career, that’s when you go, ‘OK, these are all also the traits of somebody who would be here for the wrong reasons,’” Nolan remarked, acknowledging the perception that Hudson could be taking advantage of Belichick.
Conversely, she noted, “And he’s obviously taking advantage of the girl,” recognizing the complicated dynamics at play.
Ultimately, Belichick and Hudson are consenting adults, and their motivations are theirs alone. Nevertheless, the fact that Hudson is managing Belichick’s business affairs is significant, especially in light of the notable shift in his public demeanor over the past year.
