Having served as the offensive coordinator for the Cleveland Browns this past season, Dorsey previously held the same position with the Buffalo Bills for two years. During his time in Buffalo, he worked closely with 2024 NFL MVP Josh Allen, beginning as the team’s quarterbacks coach in 2019. Dorsey first gained recognition in the football realm as the quarterback of the legendary 2001 Miami Hurricanes team, considered one of college football’s greatest squads, before transitioning to coaching after a brief NFL career.
While the specific role Dorsey will take on the Cowboys’ staff remains unclear, fans are hopeful that this new hire may be the breakthrough strategy the Dallas franchise needs to finally achieve success.
