Additionally, during his introductory press conference, Glenn emphasized that regardless of how long it takes to reach a decision, it will be “the right answer.” He remarked, “I can’t tell you how long this process will be, but we’ll get the right answer,” as reported via Pro Football Talk.
Current speculation suggests that Glenn may be hesitant to keep Rodgers, as coaches typically prefer to mold their team with their own players at the start of their tenure. Retaining a 41-year-old Aaron Rodgers would imply that Glenn believes Rodgers still has the capability to lead the team to success next season.
