The NBA has made a schedule adjustment for Thursday night’s game due to inclement weather. The matchup between the Miami Heat and Milwaukee Bucks will be delayed by one hour, shifting the start time from 7:30 p.m. ET to 8:30 p.m. ET. This change is a result of the Bucks’ travel disruptions caused by winter weather in New Orleans, which led to the postponement of their game against the Pelicans on Wednesday.
Despite the delay, the game will still air on TNT, truTV, and Max as initially planned. Additionally, prior to the game, TNT will unveil the starters for the 2025 NBA All-Star Game at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT.
Schedule Update: Tonight’s Miami Heat at Milwaukee Bucks game will change game time to 8:30 p.m. ET/7:30 p.m. CT and remain televised by TNT/truTV/Max.

The delay may also affect programming for the Boston Celtics versus Los Angeles Lakers game scheduled for 10 p.m. ET on TNT. It remains unclear whether the network will air the Heat-Bucks game in its entirety or shift the Celtics-Lakers game to a different channel. TNT’s decision will likely depend on the competitiveness of the Heat-Bucks game; if it becomes a blowout in the fourth quarter, the Celtics-Lakers may be broadcast on TNT before the conclusion of Heat-Bucks.
